As Preconstruction Services Manager and Partner in the Company, Jon and his team services J. Raymond’s clients varied needs by providing pro-forma development, detailed conceptual budgeting and hard bid participation. Our Preconstruction Department utilizes the latest technology including PlanSwift digital on-screen take-off software, Agtek earthwork software and Build Connect Bid Management platform to deliver the most accurate bids and budgets. We also have the in-house staff and software necessary to provide VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) services or BIM modeling to our clients.

EXPERIENCE

Jon managed over 50 notable retail development projects in the state of Florida prior to assuming the role of Pre-construction Manager and Lead Estimator. Jon was responsible for the management of multiple ongoing projects for clients such as Circuit City, PetCo, PETsMART, CompUSA, Dress for Less, Ralph’s, Michaels Crafts, Staples, Etc.. These projects ranged in size from $500,000 to $26,000,000.
